1. About King Badger

King Badger operates an e-commerce website through which customers can browse and purchase products offered through the platform. Where a product page identifies a particular store, seller or brand, that information forms part of the product listing and order details.

These Terms apply to website visitors, registered customers and purchasers using King Badger. Additional terms displayed for a particular product, promotion, seller, payment method, shipment or return may also apply.

2. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable law. Information supplied during registration, checkout or support requests must be accurate, complete and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Please notify King Badger promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. Product Information, Images and Variants

We aim to present product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, sizes, colours, stock and other details accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, device displays, manufacturing batches or other reasonable variations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected size, colour, quantity and other product variants before completing an order. Size charts and product information are guidance and should be reviewed before purchase.

4. Availability and Stock

Products and variants are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock. If a product becomes unavailable before an order is successfully confirmed, King Badger may prevent checkout, cancel the unavailable item or contact the customer regarding the order.

5. Prices, Taxes and Charges

Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. The website displays the applicable selling price, MRP, discount, taxes and other price information according to the product configuration.

Shipping charges, coupon discounts and other applicable order adjustments are shown during the shopping or checkout flow. The final amount displayed before payment or order confirmation is the amount applicable to that transaction, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An order is considered accepted after it is successfully created and confirmed by King Badger.

King Badger may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including for unavailable stock, invalid pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, shipping-service limitations or another material order-processing issue. Where a prepaid amount has been successfully collected for a cancelled order, the applicable refund process will be initiated.

7. Payment Method

King Badger is a prepaid-only website. Customer orders must be paid online through Razorpay before the order is confirmed for processing.

Razorpay may provide supported online options such as UPI, cards, net banking or other methods made available by the gateway. A payment attempt is not treated as successful until King Badger receives confirmation of the transaction. If payment fails, is interrupted or remains unconfirmed, the customer must retry the online payment before an order can be completed.

8. Coupons, Offers and Promotions

Coupons, quantity offers and promotional discounts are subject to their displayed conditions, including validity period, minimum quantity or value, eligible products and usage restrictions. A coupon or offer may be rejected when its conditions are not satisfied.

King Badger may modify, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, but an already completed order will be handled according to the terms applicable when that order was confirmed, except where correction is required for fraud or an obvious technical error.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered to serviceable locations using available courier and logistics partners. Dispatch and delivery dates shown on the product page, order page or tracking page are estimates and may change because of product processing, courier availability, destination, holidays, weather, local restrictions or other circumstances.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and reachable phone number. Once a shipment has been packed, manifested or handed to a courier, an address change may no longer be possible.

10. Tracking, Delivery Attempts and RTO

Tracking information becomes available after the shipment and AWB are created by the shipping workflow. Courier tracking events may take time to update.

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the contact number is unreachable or for another delivery-related reason, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO). Any re-shipping request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable shipping conditions.

11. Order Cancellation

Cancellation may be available before an order has progressed too far into packing or shipment. Once an order has been shipped or handed to the courier, normal cancellation may no longer be possible. Where applicable, an eligible post-delivery issue must be raised through the return process.

12. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

King Badger does not operate a blanket “No Returns” rule. Return eligibility is determined by the current Return & Refund Policy, the order status, the configured return window, the product condition and the evidence required for review.

Eligible customers can submit a return request through the available order-return workflow. A return request may require a reason, description and supporting product images depending on the current return settings. Submission of a request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Approved returns may proceed to reverse pickup. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and verified according to the applicable return decision and original payment/refund method.

13. Damaged, Defective, Wrong or Incomplete Products

If a delivered item is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially incomplete, the customer should raise the issue through the available return/support process within the applicable return window and provide the evidence requested by the website.

Keep the product, tags, accessories, packaging and relevant proof until the request has been reviewed. King Badger may request additional information where necessary to assess the issue.

14. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

Reviews, ratings, messages and other content submitted to King Badger should be truthful, relevant and lawful. Content must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or fraudulent material.

King Badger may moderate or remove customer-submitted content where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or maintain the integrity of the website.

15. Acceptable Use of the Website

You must not use King Badger to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation or abuse automated services.
• Place fraudulent orders, misuse coupons or intentionally provide false transaction details.
• Copy, scrape or exploit website content in violation of applicable rights or law.
• Use the website for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.

16. Intellectual Property

The King Badger name, website design, original graphics, text, software, logos and other King Badger-owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party brand names, product images, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

No website content may be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without the appropriate rights or permission.

17. Third-Party Services

King Badger uses or may use third-party services for payment processing, courier/logistics, communications, hosting and other operational functions. Those independent services may be governed by their own terms, privacy practices and operational availability.

18. Website Availability and Service Changes

We aim to keep King Badger available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, network failures, third-party outages or other events can temporarily affect website functionality.

Features, product availability, delivery coverage and operational processes may be updated as the service evolves.

19. Limitation and Consumer Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, King Badger is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from events outside its reasonable control, including independent courier delays, external payment-network interruptions or internet-service failures.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

20. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the King Badger Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information necessary for orders, payments, shipping, returns, security and customer support may be processed as described in that policy.

21. Changes to These Terms

King Badger may update these Terms to reflect changes in website functionality, business operations, policies or applicable legal requirements. The latest version published on this page applies from the time it is made effective.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and purchases made through King Badger are subject to applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and before a court or authority having competent jurisdiction.
